Update: After a bit of trial and error, I managed to get it to work. Well, mostly. I now have audio issues instead. (No Sounds or music except during ads) However, it is rare. I recommend you add a refresh button. 3 in fact. One for visuals, one for audio and one for both. That way players don't need to reset the game to fix the issue.

It was fun at first, downloaded specifically for the majong game I kept seeing in ads. But progress being stopped by having to wait happens quick, and there's a certain level you have to be to keep playing the mini games, some of the graphics are just not that great and two of the mini games are really pixelated and low quality- the ring one, you have to turn the ring to a VERY specific angle to get it out. Also the quests are many and overwhelming. kinda just wanted the majong game

Customer Service/support is terrible to put it mildly. Anytime you have an issue they only state they will take it into consideration and you are cheated out of rewards due to their system glitches or false advertising on earned rewards. In addition events are costing more and more energy and unless you pay a lot of money or save energy for a long time any timed event is impossible to complete.
