Klarna is such a great and useful app that has gotten me out of a ton of binds with literally groceries, school supplies, general emergencies have nearly all been covered by them, granted Klarna can't allow every transaction because sometimes the site won't allow it or a few other reasons, but I definitely feel people should use this app and suggested it to friends and family. I do have to say that it is easygoing IF you don't have to deal with customer support. Their support team is a nightmare

I hate the new Klarna app. Who did Klarna survey for this redesign. The original design was perfect. Everything was layed out and easy to understand. The payment bar was excellent and the grouping was on par. Now I have to search for everything, can no longer see upcoming payments laterally, and I have to learn the app all over again. Thanks a lot Klarna. This was really exceptional, exceptionally terrible!!!!

So I have used Klarna for years, no problem at all. Now, all of the sudden(mind you I have a PERFECT purchase history and payment history with them) I can't use the pay in 4 option due to my "credit score". Makes absolutely no sense. I didn't exceed purchase power, I haven't been late, the only thing I have ever done is cancel an order because it was 4 hours deep and no one had picked up my order. Also, my credit score has done nothing but improve over the last 6 mo, so if that's it then wow.
