There are so many bugs. Things don't send, captions randomly delete and you have to retype, if you can even type at all. Sometimes the caption deletes, the entire app freezes when tapping out and back to the snap to send. The captions/text issues have now been around for more than 8 months. PLEASE, fix this, stop changing things in the app, and do better testing and fix some of these goofy bugs. I really used to love snapchat and its become a mess

I've used this app for over 4 years. It's a texting app, nothing too special. I find it weird that there is now a snapchat plus. It adds absolutely nothing to the experience. My biggest problem is changing the bitmojis to 3D. I think they look awful, and the black hairstyles look even worse. I think you should add an option for a 3D or 2D bitmoji. Or just go back to 2D completely. I also hope for more body types. It never changes the appearance of the arms and legs. Only the stomach.

I find it a pretty useful way of communicating with people you know. However, there are two things about it that pisses me off. 1, is the app's tendency to unexpectedly reopen a previous snap that you've taken shortly after closing the app, which sometimes causes me to make unintentional actions such as uploading it to my story. And 2, the notifications are EXCESSIVE. It's almost as if it forces you to keep them on anytime they're not. Very annoying.
