You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.

I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

App improvements needed. 1.) Include the year of release for their films/shows. 2.) Clicking on an actors name and having everything they're featured in pop up under their name. 3.) If the app is offered in a specific country for viewing, that country's language should also be available. As it currently stands, there are A LOT of films/shows that do not offer English translation for US viewers. So, although you're paying a subscription, there are things not translated. 4.) A ratings button.
