horrifically bad. tried to accept forwarded tickets through the app but have received nothing but errors and no way to log in/create account/change password to get to the tickets. tried accessing the tickets through web and just got an error that they can't continue the original login request, and both 'back to sign in' buttons do nothing. dropped the ball indeed.

This app is a tire fire in a dumpster fire. Payment processing never works; Google Pay errors out, regular credit card processing errors out. Every payment error completely wipes out your cart forcing you to start the entire buying process over from scratch, starting with selecting the game you want tickets for (you can't have the seats you wanted originally though, those are still locked to your old broken session you can't get back into!) It shouldn't be this hard to just give MLB some money.

Slow and difficult to buy tickets, frequent errors and unresponsiveness. Update: banging my head against a wall for the past 30 mins, the ticket buying is just the website inside a bad browser. I ended up just going to a PC and using Firefox, because I've had problems with Chrome before too, and FINALLY was able to get through selecting tickets and paying. It's bad when you can't even buy tickets through the ticket buying app, I've never successfully done so but keep trying for some reason.
