if I'm in a party using the app with friends and I lock my phone or minimize the app, it basically disconnects you from the party until you return to the app itself, that makes no sense, hope you enjoy draining your battery or overheating your device if on mobile because it's extremely finicky. also what's the point in having the store available if you can't buy anything on the app, but I can download games even if I don't own them??? save your time, don't use this trash. PlayStation is better!

Literally unusable. I'm using the correct form of literally, here, too. Recently, this app has started crashing every time I use it. It will open, run fine for about 5 seconds, and then immediately stop. Not that it was any good to begin with. It's a real shame this app is as bad as it is, but alas, here we are. Edit: Doesn’t crash on startup. Yippee! Still doesn’t work, though. Nothing loads, ever. It's embarrassing to be a fan of Xbox when so little about anything related to it is functional.

Microsoft Jewel Is Not Showing Up In The App. In order to get some of our points for the day, we need to play Microsoft Jewel in the Xbox app. I can't do that when it doesnt show up in the app. It's supposed to be on the last tab with my profile picture. Usually, my Rewards show up in the app and they aren't showing either. They were there this morning, now they're both gone. I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the app, clearing the cache, clearing the data, etc and nothing changes it
