Slow and difficult to buy tickets, frequent errors and unresponsiveness. Update: banging my head against a wall for the past 30 mins, the ticket buying is just the website inside a bad browser. I ended up just going to a PC and using Firefox, because I've had problems with Chrome before too, and FINALLY was able to get through selecting tickets and paying. It's bad when you can't even buy tickets through the ticket buying app, I've never successfully done so but keep trying for some reason.

A clumsy and counterintuitive app for buying tickets. I was given two ticket codes for a group event, but redeeming them was challenging. I eventually figure out how to buy one ticket, but couldn't get two. Virtual assistant is useless. Tried to live chat, and agents were available, but no one picked up after an hour. We ended up not going to the game. I have a Suite reserved for the end of the month and hope I can avoid making our guests use this horrible interface.

I wish it worked well. Who wouldn't like a well-functioning app that made life more convenient. I have had nothing but trouble accessing tickets causing me to stop by the ticket office as an additional step before being able to get into the ballpark. I lost the ability to sell and/or transfer tickets to friends. It's been nothing but trouble. This has been going on for two years now. I hate it. I would give it zero out of five stars if it let me.
