My experience with Spectrum hasn't been bad. Internet service seems to have a lot of interruptions and goes out at least once or twice a week. At least they are able to find a root cause and fix relatively speaking. My internet service is very affordable 29.99 a month, which is so much cheaper Xfinity. Hope this review was helpful to future customers.

I'm leaving this review immediately after PROPERLY setting up my network's equipment. This process was absolutely not intuitive. Setting up a modem and router has NEVER been MORE COMPLICATED. Frankly, I'm disappointed in Spectrum and slightly in myself for choosing this company. I can only imagine the wrongdoing taking place with customer information because of these changes. Something is up. If I could write a curse word or two in this review and get away with it, I certainly would. :D

Awful. Let me use my local ip for modem/router settings again. This app is unresponsive, I wait about a minute every time I attempt switch menus if it loads at all, which requires a restart. Speaking of which, what makes it worse is I had to restart the app and sign in four times just to get past the login screen. It does not save device when the box is checked. Even getting to this review page was a nightmare.
