The absolute worst internet speeds (2mbps) and the world st costomwr service of almost any business I have ever delt with in all my 47 years of experience. They give you the runaround when it comes to upgrades or anything. All their customer service is outsourced so there's always a language barrier every single time I call. Never any resolution. Just the same old runaround. Oh, the app works just fine. Probably because there's no direct interaction with their people.

All I need to do is configure the dang modem, and this stoopid app has me trying to jump through a ridiculous number of hoops to get there, finally concluding with telling me that some part of their system is not cooperating, and suggesting that I can use a computer to do it with an ethernet cable following the instructions that came in the install kit. Only the single bit of paper that came with it only mentions the CenturyLink app, which led me to this app, and nothing else. :-(

Would rate zero stars if I could. This app never works. It always says it is experiencing technical difficulties. I also find it very difficult to navigate their website as well. It is very aggravating because it seems the only way to reach anyone from this company is through messaging. It is extremely difficult to sign in and pay my bill, and then they want to slap an additional $20 on my next bill and say my payment was late. They are literally charging more money for their own mess ups. 😡
