Error messages throughout the login and ordering process. Wasn't verifying device for the 2nd time, but, despite the error message, verification emails were being sent. Then, when ordering, it'll give more error messages, but then, out of the blue, your order was submitted. In addition, the ordering doesn't even work within the app itself. It's just a gateway to a browser page. Ultimately, I was able to order, but has been a stressful process lately.

Pointless, broken app. I had 30 minutes before breakfast ended so I was feeling confident I could order some before driving over. Everything worked normal until the last part of checkout where you have to enter your phone #. It just kept buffering and buffering and buffering. I couldn't even get my order submitted because you can't skip the phone number part. I switched to Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, 4G, 5G. I closed the app and opened it again multiple times. All to no avail. Such a time waste👎

1200 of my rewards points just vanished! I called the support number. The rep said all of my points were showing up on her side. I was told to uninstall & reinstall the app. No change. I signed in on the desktop computer. No change. I've never had this issue. Unless the correct number of points start showing up on the app on my phone, I cannot redeem them. Ugh!!!!
