About 80% of the time when I open the app, I can't use it because I get a message that there's an update available, so I have to install that first; this app seems incapable of honoring the phone's "auto-update apps" setting. Also, although I can add coupons and SOMETIMES order prescriptions (other times I get a "server error"), I can't search for specific items to purchase. Unlike the website, where results are returned in seconds, searches just spin and spin in the app, NEVER completing.

Horrible app! It might work 1 out of 50 attempts to use it. When I try to search for products it just spins and spins then freezes up. When it does work, I use it to prepay for prescriptions. Even that is messed up. If you want to pick up your meds, there is no button for that. You have to select get delivered, then select that that you want to pick it up. You shouldn't have to select delivery in order to select pick up. Crazy! I like shopping at CVS but the app is a waste of time.

Ever since the frequent updates have been happening, the app has been absolutely terrible. You can't search for products without a constant loading screen happening. You can't even go into the specific category to look for the item because all it does it load. I'm super disappointed in how the app has been running. It's almost pointless to have since you can't use it the way it's intended.
