The prices are amazing and many of their products are fantastic. They have the BEST posters. The clothes are 50/50, the pics are not the actual product most of the time. The leggings and jeans have been great. Some of the tops are definitely not great compared to the picture. They have great customer service though so that makes everything better. The shipping takes a bit, but the prices make that okay. Sometimes the packages are in rough shape, but we've had no issues with contents.

Have ordered many,many ( too many) items and have been very pleased with most all of them. The ones that came damaged(very few of them) were promptly refunded and easily replaced. The quality is almost exactly what I expected or better, and the prices are exceptional. Shipping is usually early rather than late, and for the few items I needed to return customer service on the website was easily done.

I've been ordering from temu for a while now and always love what I get, im probably a customer for life at this point lol. I recently had a slight issue with one of my purchases and reached out to customer service for the first time with the email I order with and it was hands down the best customer support I've ever had. Everything was handled seamlessly, professionally and took maybe a total of 2 minutes. They're also 10x better than the competition, I've tried all the other apps.
