This app and company continue to be horrid. Underestimates getting to you time. The app applies coupons to your order then fails with a "coupon cannot be applied" message. But you are unable to remove the coupon because it is auto applied. Calling customer service is a fiasco because the automated system cancels you out saying you have entered the wrong information. It doesn't matter how many times you try. It's almost as if it's the default behavior to save money on customer service reps!

Two times over the past two days, after selecting a pick up point the drivers changed the pickup point at the last minute and said that I should go to a new pickup point in 2 minutes! That meant crossing a very busy intersection and walking one or two blocks. So I told him to cancel the ride. But I got charged for the ride plus $4 "penalty". It's extremely unethical to change the pickup point after having agreed to it when you committed to the ride, and still worse is getting charged for it!

I've been a loyal customer since the beginning, even before they acquired Uber. Since then, I believe there are areas where improvement or adjustments are needed. For example, if the destination is less than 2 km away, there should be a minimum delivery fee of 20 pesos if it can't be offered for free. Despite paying for Grab Unlimited, I don't really feel its benefits. I rarely get free delivery, and the minimum order amounts for GrabFood and GrabMart are too high just to feel the perks of it.

Some say bugs are the future of food: They are rich in protein and can be sustainably produced for mass consumption. In fact, some 2 billion humans on the planet eat bugs as part of their diet. But when the bug is in an app, we won't want you to eat it. And we certainly won't try to make more of it.
