Trying to watch the finale to a show and just getting a message over and over to restart the app. Ive completely uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and the same message comes up. For the price, this app should work much much better. Edit: Responded but didnt solve issue of not seeing show when it premiered. No confidence going forward with premiering content. Everybody pays more for quality content and performance. Still disappointed.

Love the selection! However, it constantly cuts out, says no internet connection and we have 4 devices, it happens with all of them, it's very frustrating and inconvenient, obviously!! Definitely some bugs that need to be fixed with this app. Really hoping this gets fixed asap, to pay $14.99+ a month and to have problems like that, my family will definitely be reconsidering keeping this streaming app.

This was a decen app before the recent update. Whether on my phone or streaming on tv, the content freezes and takes forever to load. Autoplay used to work well, but now it switches to the next episode before the current episode is finished. Furthermore, when that episode is played again, it doesn't restart from the beginning because the app believes it is an unfinished episode. It then plays just about 10 seconds of the end of the episode before skipping to the last 10 seconds of the next one.
