Fooled me once. Never again. I never had a chance to review my selection. If there was a page in between, before running my card I didn't see. No refunds after. Totally unacceptable. There are better ways to do business. Will never use this service again. Fees are too high. Total transparent as far as I couldn't even see how to find what they call the breakdown on pricing before being charged. Please read their response, sell my tickets? . I never said anything about that.

Honestly it's nice that they have tickets and their prices are pretty decent. The one big thing they don't tell you about are the service fees, they are extremely high and I couldn't believe that it cost almost as much as my actual ticket. It feels like a scam or some sort of money grab because of the high service fees. Otherwise it's okay I got my tickets but not happy about my experience on the app.

Absolute garbage app/website. Buggy, kept freezing, kept declining payment for no reason (used same payment on Stubhub and spent less than 2 minutes purchasing tickets there instead), and their online "help" is literally useless. Their reply: "we are currently not assisting purchasing tickets at this time". You would think a ticket reseller would make helping their potential customers purchase tickets, but that just shows what kind of experience you'll have using this company for anything..
