Cabaret & Concert News Ali Louis Bourzgui, Isabelle McCalla, Nichelle Lewis, Jelani Remy, More Launch Broadway in Bryant Park Season July 11

The free lunchtime concert will include performances from The Who's Tommy, Water for Elephants, The Wiz, Back to the Future, and Hell's Kitchen.

Broadway in Bryant Park, the free lunchtime concert series featuring current Broadway productions, returns July 11 at the famed Manhattan park.

Presented by iHeartMedia New York’s 106.7 LITE FM with iHeartRadio Broadway, the weekly concerts begin at 12:30 PM and continue until 1:30 PM on the Bryant Park stage. Those interested in attending are invited to enter the park beginning at 11 AM ET.

The July 11 concert, hosted by 106.7 LITE FM's Helen Little, includes a performance by the students of AMDA College of the Performing Arts as well as songs from Broadway's The Who's Tommy, Water for Elephants, The Wiz, Back to the Future, and Hell's Kitchen.

The pre-show performers, who include Kyle Taylor Parker, Charity Ariana, Destiny David, Nyjair Wilkerson, Jackson Bateman, and Ailadis Hernandez De Leon, are set to offer "I Feel Pretty" and "Stand By Me."

Performing a medley of tunes and "Sensation" from the revival of The Who's Tommy are Ali Louis Bourzgui, Adam Jacobs, Bobby Conte, Haley Gustafson, Jeremiah Alsop, Ronnie S. Bowman, Jr., Tyler James Eisenreich, Afra Hines, Aliah James, David Paul Kidder, Lily Kren, Nathan Lucrezio, Alexandra Matteo, Mark Mitrano, Reagan Pender, Daniel Quadrino, Jenna Nicole Schoen, Dee Tomasetta, and Andrew Tufano.

Performing "Wild," "Squeaky Wheel," and "Silver Stars" from Water for Elephants are Isabelle McCalla, Ken Wulf Clark, Asa Somers, Sara Gettelfinger, and Joe De Paul. The Wiz cast members performing "You Can't Win," "Mean Ole Lion," "Don't Nobody Bring Me No Bad News," and "Be a Lion" include Avery Wilson, Kyle Ramar Freeman, Melody A. Betts, Nichelle Lewis, and Polanco Jones Jr.

Back to the Future is scheduled to perform "Gotta Start Somewhere," "Put Your Mind to It," and "Power of Love," led by Jelani Remy, JJ Niemann, and Evan Alexander Smith. And, Hell's Kitchen's Gianna Harris, Vanessa Ferguson, Jackie Leon, Donna Vivino, and Lamont Walker II will offer "You Don't Know My Name," "Pawn It All," and "Like You'll Never See Me Again."
