My own journey started with medication, but this podcast is helping me understand the way to go forward and get off the medication. To keep the weight off and incorporate exercise and diet to live healthier.
There is a plan for every individual in these podcasts. Whether weight loss, eating better, working out, or any combination of them. You will find a program that helps you.

Ethan, you are a solid person and inspiring to power though humbly and non-judgmentally of anyone.
Was thinking of similar folks, and Brian Shaw from Worlds Strongest Man notoriety. Would be an awesome guest on the podcast, two good giants.
