Science of Spirituality episode

I love all of Dr Aliza’s episodes—but the Science of Spirituality episode particularly knocked me off my seat. While both basic and simple, so many of us in the world miss the inclusion of spirituality entirely. Connection. Knowing you’re loved. Understanding spirituality comes in many forms and creates such depth and dimension. This was super powerful. Thank you❤️

Raising Boys

What a great reminder to be tender and teach emotional expression to boys - and to not indict innocent boys with the acts of adults.
