This is an excellent addition to the Star Wars canon. The review bombers hate shows with non-white and non-male actors.
So far it's better than Obi-Wan but not as captivating as Andor, yet there's potential for it to improve with each new episode. EDIT: The show has its flaws, but I can not understand all the hate, specially since the show is not over yet. EDIT 2: Despite not understanding much of the criticism, the show still falls flat. Even with great moments, stories, and characters, it fails to reach their full potential due to Disney's episode structure, bad writing and lack of character development.
Interpretive dance and jazz hands. Apparently, the jedi here are the CPS/Police. Way too often of dialogue sent us laughing during supposedly serious moments. I don’t really know if Acolyte is worth finishing. Episode 1 and 2 were “ehhhh”, clearly on a downhill. I hoped it would improve and then 3 threw us off a cliff. 🤦♂️
