The shiniest of all these venues, however, will reside on Saudi’s idyllic eastern shores—an ultramodern beach club on the luxury island of Sindalah. Delivering in NEOM, MDLBEAST is envisioning the club that will cement Sindalah as a player on the world’s yachting circuit and see the jet-set converge to experience renowned musicians, artists, and DJs with ocean vistas and golden sunsets. Thanks to the MDLBEAST beach club, all will have cutting-edge visual installations and a mesmerizing sun-dappled atmosphere reminiscent of summers in the Mediterranean.

Beast House will be a destination in itself, built on relationships and experiences, and offering music seminars, workshops, live events, and modern studio facilities. Travelers can connect with local creatives, enriching their experience in the Kingdom while enjoying unrivalled luxury with fine dining and bespoke packages. With four membership types available (House, Studio, Transit, and House+), residents and travellers can unite to relish in a shared love for music. Members, permanent and temporary, will also be able to use Beast House to create, be it conceptualizing or completing projects, nomadic working, or mastering a new skill. Not only will the space boast a stage and performance space for up to 600 guests, but also a full recording studio and live recording room, production rooms, and a radio station for broadcasting—all open as late as 2 a.m.
