Native Teams is a leading global platform that specialises in providing streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.


We are expanding our global team and we’re looking for Business Development Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract agreements
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new contacts and leads


Requirements


Most Important


  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working from 15:00 CET - 23:00 CET
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and to take on new challenges as they arise
  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Value autonomy and transparency
  • Has a ‘default to action’ mentality
  • Self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver
