Do you like ice cream but don't want the sugars? Then you'll like this easy, tasty frosty recipe or it can be frozen to make a scoopable ice cream. You can eat this with no guilt - it's sweetened with honey and the ingredients are healthy for you. It's also a great way to use bananas that have become riper than you like for fresh eating. Just slice them up, flash freeze them and place in a bag in the freezer until you have enough to make this recipe so you can enjoy a frosty or ice cream. We love the reusable ccokie sheet liners we have. They are flexible and easy to wash. Regency Reusable Cookie Sheet Liners - https://amzn.to/411uW7n

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE FROSTY OR ICE CREAM
4 ripe bananas - sliced and frozen (about 2 1/2 to 3 cups)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 TBLS honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup light cream
Chop up the frozen bananas in a food processor or blender.
Add the cocoa, honey, vanilla and salt.
Add the light cream and mix well.
If it's not as creamy as you'd like, add a little more cream. It should be the consistency of a Wendy's frosty

Eat as a frosty or place in an air-tight container for the freezer.
Once it's frozen it will be a scoopable ice cream.
It will freeze hard so remove from the freezer 5-10 minutes serving.
