DeVante came to the Coleman house to have dinner with them and meet Nadia's parents. At first, he was nervous, especially after showing up late, but when he commented that they had their own "Geoffrey" when he learned they had a Black British butler, the ice was broken and he started joking with the family. When he told them he didn't want Nadia to drive him home because he didn't want her to have to drive back home by herself afterward, Nadia offered him a Volvo they had that no one was driving. They gave him the key and allowed him to drive it home that night.
