Senior Global Project Manager

They’re looking for someone to lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver results which support the business strategy and ensure that the project has the prerequisites to deliver benefits according to the business plan and the specific project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Profound project methodology methods to ensure efficient set–up and management of projects.
• Secure that the project is executed to deliver benefits and meeting objectives according to the project plan.
• Ensure leadership, team building and conflict resolution behaviours in cross-functional teams in order to assure that each individual can provide maximal contribution to the project.
• Ensure project quality, time, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Set up and organize cross functional project teams in order to obtain well-functioning teams that has the working conditions to deliver the required result.
• Secure Stakeholder Management for involvement and commitment, communicate progress, flag risks and secure quality in project reporting.
• Secure Risk management to handle insecurities and remove / mitigate risks.
• Drive and contribute in continuous improvement activities in order to increase overall project efficiency.
• Contribute to project portfolio management and in the business planning process with accurate data in project, project portfolio management and quality management systems.
• Promote and support project management best practice within the organization.
• Represent both R&D, marketing and operations in communication and reporting and also balance these perspectives during the project execution.

About You:

• Strong knowledge from Project management and related tools & methods. Must have a track record of driving projects, with knowledge of the Regulatory requirements and standards for Medical devices, e.g. MDR, FDA.
• Solid track-record from leading complex new product development projects of embedded systems within the med-tech field.
• Preferably experience from leading projects containing both a physical medical device solution, a software application and connection to a platform
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels in the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability motivate each member in the team and set direction for the whole team
• Academic background with Bachelor, Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical Engineering or equal.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from managing small or mid-size projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in highly dynamic environment delivering new products, technologies and/or services.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
