I don't understand how such a well known high dollar company can break something that's always been so great. I been trying to buy a phone for a week now & the app glitches are horrible. samsung financing will not work it goes straight to the affirm website. I do not want another credit line! I just want a phone with the one I already have. the website is even worse.

Advertising great deals. Go through the whole process, selecting phone, trade-in, carrier plan, etc. Has been erroring out for days on the final checkout. Erases all data input and goes back to full price. Literally can not use the app. Cleared cache like you said. Now all of the options like trading in etc that give you the discount say they are not available when you get to the cart and it goes to full price. So still does not work like advertised

Samsung's financing option through TD Bank is giving me a hard time when I'm trying to buy the Z Flip 6. I've already reached out to Samsung twice, but they haven't been able to fix the issue. It's like they don't want our money or something. If they don't fix this soon, they're going to lose a lot of preorders. Samsung credit not working on its own website is so embarrassing. If it was a third-party card, it would be a different story.
