About Hannah Stuelke

A native of Cedar Rapids, IA, Hannah attended Washington High School where she set eleven school records including most career points and rebounds. She was named first-team all-state three times. During her senior year (2021-22), Hannah was named Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year and Miss Iowa Basketball. A four-time all-state honoree, she was ranked the No. 45 recruit nationally by ESPN in 2022. Hannah also played five years on the All Iowa Attack AAU team, culminating in winning the 2019 Nike Nationals All-Tournament team honors and, in 2021, the Nike Nationals Championship. A stellar student, Hannah also won academic awards in math, science, and foreign languages and was a member of the Academic Honors Program all four years of high school. Continuing her basketball career at the University of Iowa, Hannah has continued to dominate on the court. She led all freshmen in minutes and was named the Big Ten Sixth Player of the Year. In February, she scored 47 points against the Nittany Lions, second most in Iowa history. Hannah earned Second Team All-Big Ten honors from coaches and media for her sophomore year. Her consistent scoring throughout the NCAA Tournament, including a game-high 23 points against UConn, helped lead the Hawkeyes to its second straight national championship appearance.
