Resolved - Our cloud service provider has indicated that this issue has been fully resolved. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Identified - The cloud service provider that hosts our API service is experiencing issues with their network infrastructure. This is causing those who utilize our API to experience time-outs for some of their requests. The provider will be applying a mitigation within the next hour, and we will update you with more information when we receive it. Thank you for your patience.
