Microsoft Bing has both still image and video backgrounds on the homepage. If this is distracting, you can turn these off. Bing remembers your selection.
Turn off homepage images and videos
Select Settings and quick links, and then turn off Show homepage image.
Don't play videos automatically

Select Setting and quick links, and then expand Settings and select More.

Under Homepage in the Videos and panoramas section, select Don't play automatically.
Only show images, no videos

Select Setting and quick links, and then expand Settings and select More.

Under Homepage in the Videos and panoramas section, select Show a still image.
