Add your homestay

Tartu, along with Southern Estonia, is the European Capital of Culture in 2024. This major event will bring numerous domestic and international visitors, leading to an increased demand for accommodation. We encourage everyone to share their spare room, bed, apartment, part of a house, or entire house from May 15th to September 15th so that all culture enthusiasts can find accommodation.

Tartu 2024 does not provide accommodation services itself, nor has it in any way verified the accuracy of the advertisements or the backgrounds of the advertisers. The parties responsible for checking the background of advertisers published on the mediation platform, the quality of accommodations, and the fulfillment of agreements between accommodation service providers and recipients are the parties themselves. Any claims related to accommodation services must be addressed to the other party of the agreement.

What is the accommodation provider responsible for?

  • We assume that the accommodation offered is safe, clean, tidy, and ready to welcome guests – a place where one would even want to spend the night. To notify about the accommodation option, please fill out the following form, and once published, all that’s left is to wait for interested parties.
  • When setting prices, we kindly ask you to stay within reason. Hospitality is the keyword here. In doing so, we convey the message that guests are warmly welcomed to Southern Estonia.
  • NB! We reserve the right not to publish an advertisement if it does not comply with the norms of good practice and ethics.

Does my accommodation fit?

  • We welcome everyone who is not professionally involved in accommodation, meaning only individuals who do not have a lodging service providing company.
  • If you already operate as an accommodation provider but still wish to be visible under Tartu 2024 recommendations, please inform [email protected] of your desire to join the hospitality network.
