TGIT isn’t going anywhere, but there certainly are a lot of shows missing from ABC’s programming for the Fall. Those cancellations (including Designated Survivor, Kevin Probably Saves the World, and Alex Inc.) make way for a few new comedies and dramas.

ABC announced their schedule for the upcoming season today. Returning favorites include Grey’s Anatomy and How to Get Away With Murder, along with the Grey’s Anatomy spinoff series Station 19.

Splitting Up Together has also been renewed for a second season, and American Housewife, Black-ish, For The People, The Good Doctor, Fresh Off the Boat, and Roseanne are all returning, among others.

The Good Doctor Season 1 Episode 12 - Islands Part Two - NECAR ZADEGAN, FREDDIE HIGHMORE, HILL HARPER, ANTONIA THOMAS
THE GOOD DOCTOR – (ABC/Eike Schroter) NECAR ZADEGAN, FREDDIE HIGHMORE, HILL HARPER, ANTONIA THOMAS

New series include dramas A Million Little Things, The Fix, Grand Hotel, The Rookie (starring Nathan Fillion), and Whiskey Cavalier (starring Scott Foley), and half-hour comedies The Kids Are Alright, Schooled, and Single Parents.

“We enter the new season bolstered by success and the stability that it affords us,” said Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment.
