THE BEAR Season 2 Episode 1

The 29th Annual Critics Choice Awards: The Bear and Succession Win Big

Critics Choice Awards, Only Murders in the Building, Succession, The Crown, The Morning Show

The 29th Annual Critics Choice Awards took place at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport, a change in venue from last year’s Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The ceremony was moved to the airport’s entertainment venue to avoid crossing the picket line, as the hotel’s staff is among the Southern California hotels currently on strike for better work conditions and wages.

The ceremony aired on January 14th on the CW and for the second year in a row, was hosted by Chelsea Handler.
