Preview — Station 19 Season 7 Episode 2: Awkward Conversations and New Realities
On Station 19 Season 7 Episode 2, “Good Grief,” Captain Andy Herrera and Fire Chief Natasha Ross break some difficult news to Jack Gibson.
During Station 19 Season 7 Episode 1, “This Woman’s Work,” Grey’s Anatomy‘s Dr. Amelia Shepherd told Andy that Jack might develop CTE, a neurological disorder, in the future. So, Jack may never be cleared to work as a firefighter again.
Now, Andy and Natasha have to deliver that news to Jack. The promo video shows he is desperate to believe his scans can improve. Thankfully, Jack has Marsha to lean on as he adjusts to this new reality outside of the firehouse.
That’s only one tough yet necessary conversation on Station 19‘s second outing this season. Travis finds himself in the middle of an awkward situation at Dixon’s wake when Eli and Emmett. Meanwhile, Vic joins Beckett at a funeral where “Good Grief” will introduce some of Beckett’s family.
“Good Grief” also features the Dean Miller Memorial Clinic, where Maya and Carina will treat a nanny with a surprising diagnosis. The clinic also provides helpful pamphlets and free COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
Station 19 will see Ben and Theo team up for a Crisis One call. During this, a man’s son has violent outbursts that take him from “0-60 in seconds.”
