On Station 19 Season 7 Episode 8, “Ushers of the New World,” Natasha confronts her sister about the reason for her visit.

Back at the station, the team faces a busy day at the clinic helping asylum seekers who have been bussed in from out of state — for over 35 hours. The Station 19 promo video shows Andy and Sullivan talking about how the Dean Miller Memorial Clinic is getting far more patients than they anticipated.
One of whom Carina appears to be concerned about. In the promo video, Carina tells the patient, “I don’t know what they did to you in that detention center, but I think we have a problem.” Hopefully, the team can utilize their resources to help as many people as possible.
Meanwhile, Vic will receive surprising news. With Station 19 getting closer and closer to its series finale, here’s to hoping it’s a good surprise — not a bad one.
