Voting is now open for Round 1 of our annual Tell-Tale TV Awards!

Every year, we celebrate our love of television with this set of reader polls that tell us your favorite TV shows and performers from the previous year. Even in a year when strikes affected the industry, there’s plenty of great TV to choose from. 

As always, the nominees for each poll came from our hard-working team members and you, our dedicated readers.

You can vote below for your favorite TV shows and performers in each category.

There are 16 categories this year, including Favorite New Comedy Series, Favorite Network Comedy Series, Favorite Cable or Streaming Drama Series, Favorite Performer in a Network Drama Series, Favorite Cable or Streaming Sci-fi/Fantasy Series, Favorite Limited Series, Favorite Animated Series, and more.

There will be a total of three rounds of voting, and the final winners will be announced at the end of June.

Some of the TV shows included in this year’s nominees include Abbott Elementary, Ghosts, Young Sheldon, Animal Control, Our Flag Means Death, iCarly, Ted Lasso, The Bear, Tracker, Wild Cards, 9-1-1, Grey’s Anatomy, Station 19, Chicago P.D., Dark Winds, Succession, The Morning Show, Yellowjackets, Fallout, Gen V, The Way Home, For All Mankind, Fellow Travelers, Lessons in Chemistry, Hazbin Hotel, and X-Men ’97, among others.

But that’s just naming a few. Review each category below carefully before you make your choices!

Okay, so how does voting work? Here are the details.

You can vote for up to THREE choices in each of the 16 categories below from now through Sunday, June 2nd at 9pm EST.

You can vote once per day until voting closes. All awards are for shows airing between May 2023 and April 2024.

Make sure to click “vote” after each category.

The top 12 nominees in each category (or more in cases of ties) will then move on to Round 2, which will begin on June 3rd. There will be a total of three rounds. Make your selections carefully!
