On Presumed Innocent Season 1 Episode 2, “People vs. Rozat Sabich,” Rusty claims not to be a liar and only lying about the affair. But this could be his downfall on Presumed Innocent Season 1 Episode 3, “Discovery.”

During his conversation with his therapist and Barbara, he also claims he will be arrested because he will look obsessed with Carolyn as if he was stalking her. Is this just in looks? Or was he truly stalking her?

It seems whoever sent Rusty the text message about seeing him at Carolyn’s home knows what happened the night of the murder. As much as Rusty continues to defend his innocence, it’ll be hard to believe him if all the evidence is against him.
