We’re thrilled to be among the first developers to partner with the groundbreaking new platform, Everywhere, from the amazing team at Build A Rocket Boy. Using this platform, we created our first "arc" (game), Canyon Run, and Dubit's Game Designer Jake Walkden produced a tutorial to help others build Obby games on Everywhere. EVERYWHERE is a place where you can unleash your creativity to build, remix, and play with others in a vast connected world. The Children's Media Conference is the UK’s premier event for sharing and learning across all the sectors that serve young audiences, and Team Dubit made great use of both. SVP of Global Trends David Kleeman and Associate Director Laura Dudley twice presented “How Teens Connect, Collaborate and Commit” (the CMC 2024’s 3-C theme). Drawing on a wide range of Dubit research – our Trends tracker, our virtual panel facility The Clickroom, and two bespoke studies of teen attitudes and behaviours – they addressed the omni-media lives of the tail end of Gen Z, and how they use their always-connected status to play and learn with friends, and to express themselves around issues and causes.
