It all began with our two founders, Chris Sarsfield and Brian Loughran, who teamed up in the recruitment industry. In 2009, they both took the leap of faith and started a recruitment company from scratch - and that's how Labour 24/7 was born. In the face of a global pandemic and countless challenges, we've not just survived but thrived. We're incredibly proud to say that most of our dedicated staff members have been part of our journey for over a decade, and in our eyes, they're more like family than employees. Last week, Leon, our Business Development Manager, visited one of our client’s sites to meet with the current team members: Gigacycle, Charlie (Temporary), Anthony (Temporary), Renish (Transitioned from Temporary to Permanent) and Adam Taylor, Supervisor. It was great to see them doing well and settled in their roles. Right from the start, Mason's hard work and dedication stood out, making him a valuable part of our team, especially during our busiest times. After a successful probationary period, Mason was offered a full-time position in 2018. Fast forward a few years, and he's not only been promoted to Supervisor but has also embraced the role of a first-time father to sweet little Ava.
