Each business has unique attributes, the key is to hire people that want what your business offers. PE-Backed portfolio companies are all about big growth. Retention starts with hiring the right people (Another topic) Retaining them beyond the basics of compensation, career path... Invest in your people and do it heavily Invest in your business and do it heavily Communicate the vision regularly Live breathe and communicate the values Focus on giving people the feedback to go to the next level Continue to hire great people as great people work with great people Work out what your culture is to the point you can communicate it clearly A-players want investment and security, give them this and you will retain them.

How can you reduce turnover in Staffing Services with hiring trends?
1. Create a clear scorecard on the exact profile you are looking for and don't hire outside of that no matter what 2. Create a step by step interview process with clearly defined outcomes at each stage, I am talking much deeper level than we have a 1st then 2nd then offer. What do you want to find out at each stage of the process that align back with your scorecard. 3. Have candidates complete a presentation that aligns with your company, we have them do it on their goals, then a personality profiling test that gives you result to bench mark your existing team. Then just stop hiring MAYBE's
