What are the best ways to respond to client questions about your media sales competitors?
Positively differentiate your solutions. Even in a fragmented marketplace, each media sales solution has its role and place. Acknowledge their are successes that can be found from working with them, then clearly define and explain what you can deliver and how you are unique. Always talk about you, not them. This is best through data, intelligence, brand and case-studies. Never, never criticise a competitor, especially by name.
