“Marian is a true one-of-a-kind leader, over my career as a SDR Global Director I’ve had the privilege of working with some extremely talented frontline SDR leaders, Marina truly tops that list. Marina brings to the table a keen intellect, a deep understanding of the XDR processes and best practices, can effectively work across her eco-system partners to remove obstacles and drive success, is a compassionate leader all while ensuring XDR Core KPI performance metrics are met and exceeded. She leads from the front, embraces rolling up her sleeves and getting into the day to day while also staying true to her role of strategy, vision and driving optimization across the board for XDR success. Marinas team is one that values her leadership and support immensely and as leader managing XDRs across various geographies in UK&I and EMEA, she does that to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend Marina to any organization looking for a world class XDR leader that can scale an existing team and drive towards continued momentum/results or also where you need a team from scratch and scale that towards growth. She is a class act”

How can a lead generation manager maximize team efficiency?
A common pitfall in the BDR community is when the reps are over trained in product. Being a ninja in using the product you sell rarely equates to being an effective BDR. Have the courage to say “enough” to in-depth product training, and focus of refining BDR skills instead.

How can a lead generation manager maximize team efficiency?
Understanding how colleagues are compensated can enhance communication within a team. When team members are aware of each other's incentives and rewards, it creates transparency and helps align goals and expectations. This knowledge can foster a more cooperative environment and improve overall team efficiency, as everyone works toward common objectives while appreciating individual motivations.

How can a lead generation manager maximize team efficiency?
In my experience, a great BDR team consists of people with strengths in different areas: some are great at cold calling, others are brushing through social media, personalisation etc. As a leader, my job is to identify the areas of the rep’s strength and lean into them. The common bottleneck is such circumstances is a blanket comp plan. I’ve solved this problem with a points based comp plan, where the total required number of points equates the amount of pipeline required from a BDR. Now, how they get there becomes their own game. Works like a charm.
