Mya Vinnett works on the Elections Team producing politically focused social videos tailored towards audiences on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Prior to joining USA TODAY she worked at the Associated Press producing social videos. Mya earned a Los Angeles Press Club award for her coverage of political demonstrations happening at the Los Angeles City Hall in 2022. She is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Southern California Annenberg School.
