FilmNation Entertainment has come onboard to handle international sales for all territories outside the U.S. for Marc Lawrence‘s untitled romantic comedy starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei.

The production-sales banner will begin selling the movie rights at the European Film Market at the Berlin Film Festival, which launches Feb. 7.

Castle Rock Entertainment’s Martin Shafer and Liz Glotzer are producing. Lawrence will direct from his own script, with shooting to start in April in New York.

Project was announced in October. It’s the fourth collaboration between Grant, Lawrence and Castle Rock following “Two Weeks Notice,” “Music and Lyrics” and “Did You Hear About the Morgans?

Grant will play a witty Englishman in Hollywood who won an Academy Award for best screenplay in 1998. Fifteen years later, he’s creatively washed up, divorced and broke — so he takes a job teaching screenwriting at a small college on the East Coast.
