Meryl
Streep

One of our most highly regarded film actresses, Streep set her sights on television with a role in the second season of HBO awards magnet “Big Little Lies,” and fittingly the role earned her Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations. After production was shuttered for a time, she recently completed production on Ryan Murphy’s long-anticipated Netflix film adaptation of Broadway musical “The Prom,” which premiered in December 2020. Streep’s next projects will see her partnering with acclaimed directors Steven Soderbergh in the HBO Max comedy “Let Them All Talk” — one of the first feature announcements for the premium streamer — and Adam McKay in sci-fi epic “Don’t Look Up,” featuring an A-list ensemble including Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, Jonah Hill and Cate Blanchett.
