The 2020 Oscars are going green this year with a 70 percent plant-based menu, LED lights and 1,500 recycled champagne bottles. Chef Wolfgang Puck and his son, Byron Puck, walk Variety’s Marc Malkin through this year’s sustainable ceremony at the Governors Ball.
