The new standard is that enemies of the proletariat can be disbarred for giving legal advice that is wrong, as defined by comrade judges. Every day, hundreds of lawyers give legal advice that really is wrong. Furthermore, in every litigation, there is a winner and a loser. The loser’s lawyer must have been wrong, or he would have won. If giving wrong legal advice or taking wrong legal positions is grounds for disbarment, about half of the members of the Bar should be disbarred.

It is to deter highly capable lawyers from representing clients that the Left is trying to destroy—such as Donald Trump and VDARE. Having almost all of Big Law on their side, providing free, pro bono legal services to Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and government prosecutors isn’t enough.
