Considering the Captain America movie will be an origin movie, there’s no way Spider-Man should show up. I do enjoy Peter and Steve’s friendship, but that’s way, way down the line in canon’s timeline from where this movie is taking place.
The new Spider-Man remake is owned by Sony, not Marvel, so there won’t be any crossovers, as much as we would like them.
