Alright guys and gals, it's coming up on that time again.
Last years meetup was so successful many members have asked that we do it again at the same place.
This year it is on Saturday June 23rd. The plan is to have the meetup at Hidden Cove, hopefully in the same area.
Below is copied information from the previous years thread:
Some info we would like from people attending is:
- How many people will you be bringing and what time you plan on showing up
- Any items you plan on bringing to share (food, drinks, toys, sports equipment, etc)
- This is just so we can get a feel for what other people might want to bring
- Will any of your food require a grill (logistics again)
- Overnight stays are welcome (and highly recommended if you plan to be drinking heavily with no DD. If you are wasted and we see you trying to drive home, we will make every attempt to stop you or get you a cab/ride).
The "cabin" that we are renting will cover the cost 2 tents plus the lot. Anything past two tents is either a 5 or 10 dollar charge, I cant remember at this point but I will find out.
Depending on how many people plan to stay overnight we may need to get an additional lot. I think last year we had 20 people or so in 7 tents (and others that just slept in the "cabin") Any more than that and we will probably need to get the extra. I'll work that out if it comes to it.
- This is a family friendly affair but be aware that their will be alcohol and the fun times that come withthat. If you plan on bringing children I would recommend keeping it to the earlier part of the day. If you are underage and we notice you drinking you will be asked to leave. This is for our protection as well as yours.
Location - Hidden Cove Marina/Park 20400 Hackberry Creek Park Rd. The Colony, Texas 75034
Bring your own food/drinks and entertainment. Share if you like. Alcohol permitted.
There will be a small sound system capable of playing music off of DVD/CD/Flash drive so if you have music that will span a large audience, feel free to bring it.
Be aware, there is a 10 dollar park entry fee. This is per car/per day. A day pass is valid from 8am to 10pm

The good people of r/dong have chosen to help sponsor this event with financial and setup assistance as well.
Last year had a lot of people show up but this year I think we can make it huge. We have plenty of time to plan and work out more of the logistics. Any input/suggestions are welcome.
