I am pleased to announce that I have once again secured the Cheesman Park picnic site for our annual nerdstravaganza!
You'll get the chance to partake in many thrilling activities, such as:
* Figuring out how to grill a burger!
* Sipping beer when the authorities aren't looking!
* Trying four kinds of potato salad!
* Listening to CarpeNivem's latest adventure! (seriously, this guy tells great stories)
* Throwing a frisbee with your new best friend!
* Talking about how much you love/hate that one meme!
It would be great if you could bring something you love to share with at least a few other people, whether it's food, music, or a game.
If you've been curious about our many meetups but haven't worked up the courage to go to one, this is a perfect event to start with. A wide variety of interesting people come, so you're bound to find someone to talk to. It's also a big, open space, so it's easy to escape if you feel the need. I promise that you will be welcomed with a smile!

2pm until they kick us out of the park! We've officially got the picnic site until 7 pm, but people stayed until after 10 pm last year. The party won't end for a while.
Saturday works for me, and enough notice I'll keep my schedule open.
