The drama from director Jose Padilha and Gaumont International has enlisted Hatfields & McCoys alum Boyd Holbrook, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The 10-episode series will chronicle the life and death of Escobal, the leader of the Medellin Cartel, which was at one time the world's most ambitious and violent trafficking organization. Elite Squad's Wagner Moura stars as Escobar.
