Not a huge fan of the structure. The fact they program back squats on Tuesday then have them again in the wod Wednesday and then again on Friday is too much imo. Really not giving adequate time to recover. And then wallballs in the wod Friday too is just overkill. Where is the pressing and pulling focus?
